Observation
I closely study the CVI, listen to the client’s needs, and ask clarifying questions about the target group and context. This helps us avoid unnecessary back-and-forth and saves time in the process.
Trial and error
I don’t create five versions of the same design, but test different layouts and ideas until I land on the best one. Often, the first draft – with minor adjustments – is the one we go with.
Feedback
Feedback is one of the most valuable parts of the process. Through dialogue and sparring, I make sure the solution hits the mark – both visually and in line with the client’s wishes. Together, we create a result we can all be proud of.
